FEATURES OF RHINOPLY

BOILING WATER PROOF : After spending 72 gruelling hours in boiling water, RHINOPLY comes out totally undamaged. Not even a slight variation is noticed following such rigorous tests. The secret is in the bonding. Selected hard wood is bonded using high quality phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin under heavy pressure and high temperature.
FUNGUS RESISTANT : The high level of moisture in the atmosphere, particularly during the rains, leave lesser plywoods vulnerable to a full-fledged fungal attack. Not so with RHINOPLY.Use of only selected wood and chemical treatments acts as a protective barrier.
TERMITE RESISTANT : State-of-the-art technology and copper chrome arsenic compound are used to make RHINOPLY termite resistant.
ALL WEATHER PROOF : Under prolonged exposure to heat, cold and moisture, ordinary plywoods tend to delaminate. The use of phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin in bonding, as against urea formaldehyde resin used in ordinary plywoods, provides RHINOPLY with adequate protection against the damaging impact of varying weather conditions. That's one reason why not every plywood is 'ALL WEATHER PROOF' like RHINOPLY.

PROCESS HOUSE : The rugged Italian Cremona peeling lathe produces smooth veneers. The fully automatic German ERMA heavy duty grinding machine gives the peeling blades of the peeling lathe a razor sharp finish. The American COE dryer extracts moisture from veneers in an uniform manner so as to avoid splits and cracks. The high precision Swiss Splicers ensure uniformity down to the hundredth millimeter. The German BVH semi automatic hot press is capable of pressing at high temperatures and pressures. The Dutch wide belt sanding machine gives the product its lustrous and even finish.

USES : Besides the normal uses, the phenol-bonded RHINOPLY can be used : In making all types of furnitures and partitions.
* In kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and as balcony doors that are subject to varying conditions.
* As internal linings of drying machines.
* In manufacturing ice-boxes and freight containers.
* For concrete shuttering purposes and form-works.
* In the manufacture of Ship Cabins, Railway Coaches, Bus Body, Luggage Racks and Freight Containers.
The uses are limited only by the user's imagination.
